  • Fixed rate mortgages with various term options
  • Loans are insured through the USDA loan program
  • Must be primary residence
  • Home must be located in an area eligible for USDA financing

Jumbo Loans

Features:

  • Available for loans that exceed typical conventional loan limits
  • Fixed rate mortgages with various term options
  • Can be used to purchase primary homes, investment properties and vacation homes

Doctors Only Program

Specifically designed for physicians, dentists, podiatrists, opthamologists, and veterinarians beginning their professional career.

Features:

  • Available on fixed rate mortgages with various term options
  • $2 million maximum loan amount (or $1 million if financing 100%)
  • Must be primary residence. 
  • Lower credit and income requirements
  • No mortgage insurance required
  • May qualify with employment contract only
